Collection: 5.0 mL Primary - Gold Top Tube; Heparin tubes accepted.
Pediatric volume: 0.5 mL (Serum or Plasma)
Stability: After separation from cells: stable for 7 days at 2 to 8 degrees C.

 

Notes: 

Clinical Indications: Measurement of thyroglobulin antibodies is useful in the diagnosis and management of a variety of thyroid disorders including Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Graves' disease, and certain types of goiter.

< 4.0 IU/mL
