Notes: 

Clinical Indications: Vitamin B12 Binding Capacity (Unsaturated Transcobalamin), binds and transports Vitamin B12 in the circulation. Increased concentrations are associated with patients with myeloproliferative disorders. Decreased concentrations are associated with infants with megaloblastic anemia or Transcobalamin deficiency.
