Unacceptable conditions: Serum or plasma. Frozen or clotted specimens. Specimens collected in anticoagulants other than EDTA. Severely hemolyzed specimens.
Stability: Ambient: 24 hours; Refrigerated: 5 days; Frozen: Unacceptable

Notes: 

Clinical Indications: Prognosis in cytogenetically abnormal AML with t(8;21) or inv(16)
