Notes: 

Clinical Indications: Everolimus is an immunosuppresive drug used in organ transplantation to prevent graft rejection. Therapeutic drug monitoring is useful to optimize dose and avoid toxicity. Symptoms of toxicity are more likely to occur at predoselevels exceeding 12.0 ng/mL.
