Pediatric volume: 0.5 mL.
Semen; Plastic vial(s); Freeze at -20 degrees C; Volume: total ejaculate
Handling: Collect after 2-7 days sexual abstinence; Do not dilute specimen.
Unacceptable conditions: Specimens other than semen
Stability: 3 days

Notes: 

Clinical Indications: Fructose testing should be considered for patients with azoospermia and low volume ejaculates to establish the origin of the azoospermia.
